FAQs
Q: I just recieved an email from Intrado Safety Shield saying that one of my checklists has been updated (pic below). Do I need to do anything?
A: No action is required from you. This just means that admin teams are adjusting checklist items based on staff feedback to improve our response. If you have questions about the changes you can contact your direct supervisor or building principal. The updated checklist item(s) will appear automatically for you as a part of the next event that is triggered. Q: If I am one of multiple teachers or adults in a group during an event, do all adults need to complete attendance?
A: No. Only one adult per group of students needs to complete attendance. This is one reason that attendance is not its own checklist item. Q: Do all employees have to complete their checklist, even if they are one of multiple adults in the group during an event?
A: Yes, checklists should be completed by everyone who receives one if it is safe and reasonable to do so. It gives building officials and first responders real-time feedback on how many adults are responsive during an event. |
