B-PC High School Principal's Message
Welcome to the second semester of the 2022-2023 school year! I look forward to the challenges and opportunities that another semester brings here at Bushnell-Prairie City High School. If we all work together, we can continue to build a system focused on student learning through high expectations, innovation, and overall collaboration. I encourage all students to get involved with as many Spring school activities as possible, to make a commitment to academic excellence, and to be a contributor to a positive school climate.
Our goal is to support each student at B-PC in having a safe and successful learning experience. The staff here at B-PC high school is nothing short of extraordinary, and we are fortunate to have a group of educators who believe all students can succeed and are dedicated to ensuring this happens. It is the emotional, educational, and academic needs of each student that drives our decisions and the implementation of our efforts. It is our mission to facilitate and challenge every student to be college and career ready by achieving his or her highest academic, social, and emotional potential.
Great things can and will happen at Bushnell-Prairie City High school if you are willing to put in the time and effort. If the past few years have taught us anything, it has taught us to not take anything for granted. Webster defines the phrase “to take for granted” as a failure to properly appreciate (someone or something), especially as a result of overfamiliarity. Be thankful for what you have, but never be satisfied with what you have done. I am your Principal. I am here for YOU. Call or come see me anytime.
