SchoolMessenger

SchoolMessenger is an app that allows parents and guardians of B-PC students to receive district (Skylert) communications as well as teacher and coach communications all in one place. 

In October of 2023, the brand new app was released, which allows guardians to message teachers/coaches directly.

See instructions below for installing the new app!

​Parents and guardians should follow these instructions to ensure they do not miss any important messages including both emergency and non-emergency notifications.

1. On a smartphone, INSTALL the SchoolMessenger app.
   Scan below to go to app store:
   Apple App Store   /   Google Play Store
   
   
2. If you were never signed up for the old app, SIGN UP for this one.
   Once installed, open the app and choose “Sign up”
   Use the same email to sign up that you use as your parent contact email in Skyward.
   
   
3. If you were already using the old app, just choose SIGN IN for the new app. You do not need to create a new account.
   
   
4. Turn on PUSH NOTIFICATIONS.
   
   
5. Signing up automatically links you to all of your enrolled children and all of their class sections. You only need to join groups if your child is in an extracurricular activity; in that case, the coach or sponsor will provide you with a code to add.
